After Miley Cyrus was called to the level to gather her award for Best Video for "Wrecking Ball", she tried to stuff the award into her purse. She told the audience she couldn’t fit it inside, and then pulled out and lit something that appeared as if a joint. While this might perhaps not have been shocking for a few, after seeing some of her outfits and other performances, we should all be somewhat surprised.
